Shipping

All in-stock product will ship within 1-2 business days after order submittal. You will receive a shipment confirmation via email once your order has shipped containing your shipping method and tracking number(s). Strategically located warehouses allow for 3 business day or less Ground shipping to any destination in the continental U.S.

Note: Shipping charges are estimates. Actual charges will be calculated during order processing.

Returns

Above & Beyond strives to ensure a smooth customer purchasing experience. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, eligible items may be returned up to 30 Days after delivery for a refund (less original shipping charge). To receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA), please email sales@a-belectronics.com or call customer service at (866) 864-0146. All returns must be accompanied by an RMA number in order to be processed.

Unless defective or otherwise non-conforming, the following items are not eligible for return:

Custom configured product
Opened or activated software
Special orders
